When a building started to lose heat during sub-zero temperatures, we received their emergency service request. Our technician found the boiler manifold frozen and cracked, and the unit was obsolete with no replacement parts available for weeks. We got to work, sourced a high-efficiency boiler, and installed it with new venting overnight – preventing frozen water and sprinkler lines. We also helped the customer secure over $10,000 in utility rebates to help offset the costs.
